Despite the safety measures imposed by the government,bioterrorism is a reality and it is essential that citizens beprepared for possible attacks. Bioterrorism involves the use ofharmful germs or other biological agents to create illness andfear among the general public. A number of biologicalweapons can be used in an attack of bioterrorism--mostnotably, many people are concerned with smallpox, anthrax, andricin. Some of these agents can be spread by people who have becomeinfected, such as smallpox. Others, such as anthrax, only pose athreat to those who come in direct contact with them. "And all of those were big events, and we did notice a spike in business, but nothing on the order of what we are seeing right now."</div><br><div>Managers at a shooting center in Houston reported selling out of assault weapons the day after Obama was elected. project, announced yesterday, will ultimately lead to a working
prototype of a military-suitable flying car -- a two- or four-passenger
vehicle that can "drive on roads" one minute and take off like a
helicopter the next. The hybrid machine would be perfect for "urban
scouting," casualty evacuation and commando-delivery missions, the

Constitutional Dead Letters

In practice, however, none of the freedoms guaranteed in the Soviet constitution were recognized in the country’s legal system, and millions of dissenters and suspected dissenters were imprisoned or killed for disagreeing with the commissars of the state.</div><br><div>The United States Constitution, by contrast, is thought to be in <a href="http://townhall.com/columnists/LauraHollis/2008/10/29/a_president_who_wont_uphold_the_constitution_never">good standing</a>. Yet there are numerous provisions of the U.S. Constitution that are never enforced. These provisions, analogous to “dead letters” in the U.S. Postal System, are either totally ignored by federal judges or given such a narrow construction that they might as well not exist.
